Evolve Workshops

We believe that mastering the fundamentals is key to unlocking your full potential.

That's why we're introducing Evolve Workshops – a series of in-depth, hands-on training sessions designed to enhance your technique, knowledge, and overall performance. Each workshop focuses on a specific lift or movement, with the goal of providing you with the tools to perfect your form and apply this knowledge to your everyday training.

Workshop Format

Frequency: 1 Workshop Series each week. Each series includes 3 sessions on one topic (e.g. three squat sessions in week 1).

Length: 90 minutes, broken down into 45 minutes or theory and 45 minutes of practice.

Upcoming Workshop: Evolve Your Squat

Week 1: The Squat Workshop Series

Session 1: Anatomy & Preparation
Learn the anatomy involved in the squat, proper warm-up routines, mobility drills, and essential equipment recommendations to set you up for success.

Session 2: Mastering Squat Biomechanics
Deep dive into the mechanics of the squat. Understand the movement patterns and how to execute a perfect squat for strength, stability, and injury prevention.

Session 3: Programming & Assistance
Learn how to incorporate the squat into your training program, including rep schemes, progressions, and assistance exercises that will help you improve your squat over time.

These workshops are designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of each movement, allowing you to confidently make adjustments and maximise your training results.
