Furthermore, she is running - A LOT. Long distance, trailrunning and Ultrarunning. She is an Officer from the Danish Army, and have went through a lot in those years. Both challenges mentally and physically. In that time, she has trained soldiers to reach their goals and become more fit. Ever since she started training her passion have been to help other to reach their goals and get a healthy relationship to their body and mind!

Narella comes from Corrientes Argentina and is a highly experienced Nutrition expert with over 5 years experience. She started Figure Skating when she was 3 years old until the age of 9 as well as classical dance. From age 9 to 16 she was a professional swimmer and obtained over 160 medals and trophies in her sport. After that, she continued training in the gym, doing crossfit and enjoys Acroyoga in her spare time.
Nutrition is her absolute passion and she is constantly reviewing and researching all different diet types. Having worked as an independent nutritional consultant in Argentina over the last 2 years she has moved to Germany to further her own knowledge and work experience and we are lucky to have someone like her within our team to offer our clients professional nutrition advice.
She is also a fully qualified Personal Trainer and speaks both English and Spanish.

Rado comes from Croatia and is a passionate sport science student closing the final year of the degree. His love for movement started at the age of 6 with karate which he did for over 10 years. At the age of 15, he began strength training which quickly turned into his biggest passion. He enjoys a “hybrid” approach to training, combining various training disciplines into one regime and thus providing a full-body stimulus. He specializes in bodyweight and barbell training, as well as mobility and hand balancing.
Using the combination of theory acquired from his studies and over 6 years of practical experience in general strength and hypertrophy training and coaching, he has both the knowledge and experience on training programming, individualization, as well as integration in everyday life with people from various backgrounds.
Being a competition athlete, Rado himself is being coached and thus understands the importance of proper guidance. He believes in the holistic impact of training which should positively benefit one’s life, through both physical and mental growth.
