1:1 Personal Training

Initial Consultation (Health & Fitness screening + trial workout): €75

10 Session Package: €850

Evolve monthly packages: 

€320 monthly x 4 sessions per month (€80 per session)

€600 monthly x 8 sessions per month (€75 per session)

€840 monthly x 12 sessions per month (€70 per session)

Partner Personal Training (2 people training together)

Initial Consultation (Health & Fitness screening + trial workout): €85

10 Session Package: €950

Evolve monthly packages: 

€360 monthly x 4 sessions per month (€90 per session)

€680 monthly x 8 sessions per month (€85 per session)

€960 monthly x 12 sessions per month (€80 per session)

(All personal training packages include both nutritional and home workout advice specific to your personalised goal)

Group Training:

€18 per class (inc Vat)

10 Session Package: €150 (inc Vat)

Nutrition Plan:

€149-€249

Training program for home or gym:

€299 (12 weeks)

*Payment is made by bank transfer via invoice in advance of training.

*Please note that packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person. 

*We have a strict 24 hour session cancellation policy. We must be notified 24 hours before the session is due to take place if you cannot make training otherwise the session will be charged unless it is a medical emergency.

*Evolve monthly package option must run for a 3 month minimum period and we require a 1 month notice to changes or cancellations.

*10 session packages must be completed in 14 weeks from the start date.
