This January sees the start of our second course of Ski-Fit Club. Our combined ski fitness circuit programme and skier’s masterclass is guaranteed to give you a head-start and help keep you injury-free when you hit the slopes this winter.

In our weekly group fitness classes you will build up the flexibility, strength and fitness needed for alpine sports, whilst the ski masterclasses will focus on specific mental and physical techniques to improve your technique and confidence when the snow comes. 

The Ski-Fit Club is for anyone looking to:

  • Condition themselves for alpine sports

  • Avoid injuries during the ski season

  • Build muscular strength, power and endurance focused on alpine sports

  • Grow stamina and cardiovascular health

  • Build confidence and strength 

  • Train with like-minded winter sports fans and meet new potential ski buddies!
